With 60 years experience in Universal Grinding on special materials, Zato Engineering, was registered in 2010 mainly to recondition rock drill cylinders for the mining industry. The hard chroming plant was designed specifically to meet this requirement. This company shares Reiner Precision Grinding’s expertise by the transfer of assets, skills and technology associated with Renier’s hard chroming and specialised grinding business. Our grinding facility is specifically designed and equipped for specialised precision grinding on a wide range of hard materials including Silicon Carbide, Tungsten Carbide and alumina oxide ceramics. Tolerance of 0.01mm are well within our range of capabilities. We are specializing in the reconditioning/repair of rockdrill cylinders.
